at 1 pm: Tasting Laboratory Fifteen Years of Roero and Roero Reserve – 1999-2013
at 3 pm: Tasting Laboratory of indigenous Italian Reds of 2013, comparison
at 5 pm: Tasting Laboratory of indigenous Italian Whites of 2015, comparison
MONDAY 1 APRIL
from 10.30-18.30: Opening of the Tasting Hall of the 60 Producers
at 11 am: Tasting Laboratory Ten Years of Roero Arneis – 2007-2016
at 12.30: Tasting Laboratory Roero Docg white and red vertically – 8 tastings dedicated to Professionals in the sector
at 2 pm: Presentation “Trails of the Cru of Roero: oenological tourism on foot or by bike”, in collaboration with the Ecomuseo delle Rocche del Roero
at 2.30 pm: Tasting Laboratory Roero Docg white and red vertically – 9 tastings dedicated to Professionals in the sector
at 4.30 pm: Tasting Laboratory of indigenous Italian Whites of 2015, comparison
The following experts have been invited to introduce presentations and tasting meetings.
Edmondo Bonelli (geologist), Dario Cappelloni (essential guide to Italian wines), Giuseppe Carrus (Gambero Rosso), Daniele Cernilli (Doctor Wine), Andrea Dani (Associazione Italiana Sommelier), Gianni Fabrizio (Vini d’Italia), Fabio Giavedoni (Slow Wine), Vittorio Manganelli (oenogastronomic critic), Paolo Zaccaria (Wines of Roero).
All the Laboratories, which provide at least 6 wines (and must be booked through the Consorzio website) are followed by gastronomic canapés prepared by the star chef Davide Palluda.
